Philemon loves you

you know your tired when, you sleep through one of your favourite movies while watching it in its original language...
spirited away, in japanese. in case you were wondering.

i didnt sleep very well last night. i went to bed 12ish, but didnt get to sleep until after 1:30. my mind was thinking too much. i drew a thinking sketch (found at blonde creations if you want to go look) and then lay in bed for some more.
after a while i got this urge to read the book of philemon. i was having an argument with that little voice which told me to... but i did anyway. might have been god, but i didnt really lose anything from obeying it and reading it.
hey, i might have even learnt something too...

here are a few verses.

verse 6: "I pray that you may be active in sharing your faith, so that you will have a full understanding of every good thing we have in Christ."

verse 8 and half of 9: "Therefore, although in Christ I could be bold and order you to do what you ought to do, (9) yet I appeal to you on the basis of love..."

basically Philemon is a letter from Paul, to Philemon on the behalf of the runaway slave Onesimus. a nice letter, but im not really sure the relevence.

i like the note about love in there...

err. im pretty sure the word love there is actually Agape. but hey, i could be wrong (i have been known to be wrong in the past :P)


im still really tired though, and missing my friends...
