Umm... other yesterday stuff...
lets fill you in on yesterday...
had life skills class which i didnt really pay attention too much. it was about calling "perciveing your personal calling". and perhaps when i was sitting there, looking at the trees outside, i wondered what i was going to do next year. i am probably doing a social science course, majoring in pyschology. but sitting there i wondered why. i mean, i said last year, that if i could be a park ranger, or similar i would be very happy... spending all day outside, rain, shine, careing for some part of creation. i think i could handle that... as much as i love people....
well.. i wasnt going to say any of that, in my blog planning in my head.... (cause i do that. write blogs in my head)
caf duty was slighty better than usual, seeming as the lady who is usually on with us (and likes telling us to always be doing something... fun things like cleaning the microwaves, or freezers... ) was moving house and so wasnt there...
i enjoy doing caf with the people i do it with. but perhaps most Amy. i dont quiet understand her. i breifly met her last year at a mutual friends 18th, and at the start of the year she didnt seem very wanting to do yits anymore. anyway. she was rather grumpy on tuesday, so i asked her why yesterday. thats probably one of the things i like most about her. she anwers truthfully. so we had a good little talk about that.
she really has calmed down a lot since the start of the year. and i really will miss her next year. she does take a bit of getting used to, but hey.
between classes at night, during break, were standing in front of the heater with her. she mentioned single mothers, and not liking them. i asked her what she thought about single fathers. jessmyn was also standing there. i said, what about if one of them has an affir and leaves? she replied something about not knowing anyone like that. i informed her that thats what my mum did. she was a little shocked at that. not bad shocked, but more she didnt know shocked... she then asked me some pretty deep questions about it. and to a lot of other people i might have been guarded and not answered completely truthfully, but i didnt do that for her. i think i answered more conciesly than i did to jacqui on monday.
so that was nice..
on the way home from urban seed (and on the way there) was in jess's car. jo and i were in the back. jo was singing a little loudly, and jess (who was driving) was getting stressed. she was a little short with Jo... there was no, jo could you please be quiet...
now, i dont like conflict, and i definatly dont like being yelled at. but i hate it all the more if its to someone else....
so jo went quiet and i knew something was wrong... and i find, that when ever someone else is upset i dont say much.. i just rub their back or something... so i did that...
but i think what most annoyed me was that driving home last night, jess told bec about it... i would call it bitching, but thats not very nice...
i just dont like it when people dont get along. and i get rather defensive of people who i empathise with. like Jo in this situation...
in my mind this whole thing is like making a mountian out of a mole hill... my problem is a mole hill.. but harping on about it has puffed it up into a mountian, when it very clearly isnt...
yeah, so perhaps only eating a peanut butter sandwhich and some spaghetti isnt very clever, but there was seriously nothing else in the house to eat....
wow.. i totally forgot what i was about to say...
*shrugs*
going now...
*nods* at the Jess comment.
silly future thinkings. Life-skills, although I was half asleep has begun plaguing me.
Sam. 10am. tomorrow - morning tea at Morrisons with me. I will call you if I don't hear from you. (that or it could be good to call me so I actually wake up)
