Weather With You

two of my friends, and guys from my cell group did their pro faith yesterday. over the past 6 months, we have had about 15 young people do their pro faith. that is pretty impressive in itself!

what one of them said yesterday really encouraged me though. it went something along the lines of, you don't have to be good enough, you don't have to be insecure about your abilities, you don't have to be discouraged about your maturity level.
it is God working within you.

i have been asked by two separate people (that is, Bec, the current Kids Klub leader, and Andrew, my youth pastor worker guy) to take on the role of kids klub head leader, coordinator at the end of the year as Bec is heading off to Africa.

yep, that's a terrifying thought. i don't even know if i will be at my church next year.
i'm not much of a leader either. its not something that comes naturally to me.

but with God all things are possible. it is God within me, leading me. teaching me.

i have such a love for these kids, a love i know God shares.

maybe... just maybe...
