i have deleted windows live messenger, as the version i had was faulty (ie, i couldn't get some messages, they couldn't get some messages).
however, upon going to re download it, it gets half way through (if that, recently its been stopping at 18%-33%) and doesn't continue, regardless of how long i leave it, how many times i pause and resume etc.

not that i ever talk to any one on msn anyway, but it would be nice if some tech person could offer some assistance as to why this would be happening.
