Yesterdays

i'm taking a leaf out of my friend Laura's blog.

i can tell when it comes. yesterday walking through the city i could feel it. my body reacts in a different way than normal.

it wasn't until i had actually acknowledged and embraced its coming that i felt at peace.
a strange contentment and celebration.
