Blessed is the Man

after feeling a touch emo last night, i went to bed and sat there reading through all of my collages, from two of my books. (see them here). and i found that the various bible verses, prayers and even some of the song lyrics helped settle me. relax me. comfort me.

for a while now i have had this thought in the back of my mind, that i should start each day reading a psalm. to spend time with God in the morning, to seek Him, to focus my day on Him.

this morning i read psalm 1, and discovered something encouraging. something which supports my thoughts.

"Blessed is the man, whose delight is in the law of the Lord,
and on His law he meditates both day and night.
He is like a tree planted by streams of water,
which yields its fruit in season
and whose leaf does not whither.
What ever he does prospers!"
(1, 2-3)

i want to make a collage of that. but my sister is sleeping in the study.

i feel i need to really centre my life on Him.
