Burn Out Bright

worked a killer shift today. well, okay, it wasn't that bad, i'm just tired. 10-6. which included pack up. cause we are closed tomorrow and Monday, we had to completely clear out the whole shop.

this is just to say, i'm normally pretty chirpy and happy when serving people.
today, one of the other girls turned around to me and asked "are you a Christian?"
i replied, "yep".
she said, "ahh, i could tell. with how polite and nice you are to people all the time. it is good."
i just smiled and served someone again.


why am i happy?
cause i know i don't have to worry, or stress, or fear. God loves me and cares for me. he answers prayer, and he watches over me.
He wants me to cast all of my cares onto Him, and he will deal with them.

i wonder if other people know that though...
