Shine Like the Dawn

on sunday night, i was sitting in church and i was asking God about His will for me. and then i wondered how i would know, how i could find His will for me.
like, more bible reading, more praying, etc.
no answers came then, but i prayed about it a little bit.

last night, i hopped into bed and wondered whether i should read my bible. i was rather tired though. i thought, why not, and i opened it. something made me think of Psalm 37, so i read through it.

a few of the passages really stood out to me, and it was like God was sort of answering my prayer of the previous night.


here are the 4 verses.

Psalm 37: 3-6

3 Trust in the LORD and do good;
dwell in the land and enjoy safe pasture.
4 Delight yourself in
the LORD
and he will give you the desires of your heart.

5 Commit your way to the LORD;

trust in him and he will do this:
6 He will make your
righteousness shine like the dawn,
the justice of your cause like the noonday sun.
