Frida, the artist.

does any one else get the laughter bug after they have cried? like, laughing even while tears are coming out.

i have that right now.

no, nothing bad has happened.

i just watched a movie, Frida. about the great Frida Khalo. the female, mexican, surrealist artist.
i was really into the surrealists back in year 12 (think Dali). i studied her a bit, and so now, when i get the chance to buy the movie about her, i snatch it up.

the beautiful Salma Hayek plays the artist, and does a wonderful job of it.

i got drawn into the movie, i felt like i was in it. (its true, movies really are a form of escapism).

what was sad was becuase at the end of the movie, she died.

why is it sad things make me think of other sad things.

i miss my mum sometimes.
shes been gone for 8 years, and i rarely miss her. just.. just sometimes i do. (ok, now im really crying).
ive learnt how to cope. thats all i can do. get on with my life and just get over it. there is nothing i can do.
but it still makes me cry sometimes...

Frida Kahlo: At the end of the day, we can endure much more than we think we can.

how true. we dont have a choice...
